Terms of Use

Last updated: August 10, 2026

Short version: DMV Permit Pass is a study aid to help you prepare — it doesn't guarantee you'll pass, and it isn't the DMV. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. Be cool, study hard.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and RG Loomis LLC ("we," "us") governing your use of the DMV Permit Pass app and website (together, "the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the Service is (and isn't)

The Service is an independent study aid for U.S. driver-license knowledge (permit) tests. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any state Department of Motor Vehicles, the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV), or any government agency. Our practice questions are original materials created to help you learn; they are not the actual exam. We do not guarantee that you will pass any test.
